Data Handling
Use the least access the work needs.
PageNerve begins with public crawl evidence and agreed exports. CMS write access, account passwords, customer records, and unrestricted analytics access are not required for the standard audit workflow.
Website enquiries
A small qualification record, not a data collection exercise.
The form asks for contact, site, scale, service interest, and optional context. Cloudflare protects the form, Hostinger processes the website request, and Zoho carries the resulting email to the temporary IVRIS Tech inbox.
Do not submit passwords, customer records, analytics credentials, or sensitive personal information.
Project boundary
Keep source evidence separate from client delivery.
Exact handling is confirmed in the written engagement before project data is accepted.
Use only the domain, exclusions, priorities, and optional limited exports required for scope.
Raw evidence, review state, logs, and intermediate candidates remain outside the public website and client delivery bundle.
Only approved implementation files, limitations, and agreed verification records are included.
The client retains publication control unless a separately approved correction scope says otherwise.
Retention targets
Delete working material when the operation no longer needs it.
| Record | Target period |
|---|---|
| Website enquiry | Up to 90 days unless it becomes a required commercial record |
| Raw crawl and optional search exports | Delete within 30 days after final delivery |
| Final handoff files | Up to 90 days after final delivery |
| Public case-study material | Only with separate written permission |
A useful next step
Ask a data-handling question before sharing a file.
Use the enquiry form or email [email protected]. Project-specific access, transfer, storage, and deletion details are confirmed before work begins.
