Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to the PageNerve edition distributed through Microsoft Store. By installing or using that edition, you agree to these terms. The direct-download Beta is supplied under the separate Beta EULA included with that installer. The Website Terms apply to PageNerve.com and are not a substitute for these software terms.
Permitted use
IVRIS Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use PageNerve on Windows devices you control for lawful internal work and for authorised client work. You may create and export project files and use those outputs for the authorised website being assessed. This licence does not transfer ownership of PageNerve or its source code.
Restrictions
You must not bypass access or audit limits; share a person-assigned account or licence secret as a multi-user credential; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble PageNerve except where applicable law expressly permits it; redistribute, resell, rent, or host the software as a service without written permission; interfere with security or updates; crawl a website without authority; or use PageNerve for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
Free and optional Private Beta access
Free currently supports audits of up to 500 URLs without a licence key. In PageNerve 3.0.2 or later, an active Private Beta licence removes the plan-based URL cap; PageNerve 3.0.1 retains a 2,000-page compatibility limit until updated. This licence policy does not promise unlimited computer capacity: practical audit size depends on hardware, the target website, crawl settings, and safe use. Beta features, limits, availability, and eligibility can change or end. Suspending or ending account or beta access does not give IVRIS Tech ownership of project files stored on your computer.
Local data and network requests
Audit projects, evidence, recommendations, backups, and exports are stored locally by default. PageNerve can make network requests to websites you authorise, optional connectors you enable, and the limited account and licence service used for Private Beta. You remain responsible for the authority, scope, rate, and lawful basis for each crawl and for reviewing material before sharing it. See the Privacy Notice and Data Handling.
Microsoft Store installation and updates
Microsoft Store signs, delivers, and updates the Store edition under Microsoft’s platform terms. The Store build omits PageNerve’s direct-download self-updater. Availability of a listing or update can depend on Microsoft certification, your market, device compatibility, Store account, and Store settings. Do not install an unpublished Store candidate from an unofficial sideload source.
Human review and no outcome guarantee
PageNerve provides evidence, prioritisation, and suggested actions; it does not replace professional judgement. Review each recommendation, anchor, destination, and export before implementation. IVRIS Tech does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexing, AI citations, platform acceptance, or any other external result.
Ownership and feedback
IVRIS Tech and its licensors retain rights in PageNerve, its design, documentation, and software. You retain rights in your own project inputs and outputs, subject to any rights of the websites and data sources involved. If you send feedback, you allow IVRIS Tech to use it to improve PageNerve without identifying you or disclosing your confidential project data.
Availability and termination
PageNerve can be changed, suspended, or discontinued, and access can be terminated for material breach, security abuse, unlawful use, or attempts to bypass controls. On termination, stop using the software and uninstall it. Local project files remain under your control unless you delete them.
Warranty, liability, and statutory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PageNerve is provided without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every system, or suitable for every purpose. To that same extent, IVRIS Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and any mandatory consumer or statutory rights available to you remain unaffected.
Support and changes
Installation and update guidance is at Install and update help. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis during the Beta. IVRIS Tech can update these terms for future releases; a material change will be presented through the website, Store listing, or software where reasonably practical. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
